തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് കേരള വികസന പദ്ധതി തദ്ദേശ ഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ പ്രോജക്ടുകള്‍ക്ക് കാര്‍ഷിക യന്ത്രങ്ങളും സാമഗ്രികളും റെയ്ഡ്കോവില്‍ നിന്നും, കെയ്കോവില്‍ നിന്നും വാങ്ങുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ച്.

കേരള വികസന പദ്ധതി വ്യക്തിഗത അനുകൂല്യങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഗുണഭോക്താക്കളെ തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകള്‍ ഹാജരാക്കുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് വിശദീകരണം പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

The Kerala Ground Water (Control & Regulation) Act, 2002 (19 of 2002) came into force w.e.f. 16-12-2003. Clause (1) under rule 27 of the act provides for framing rules for implementing the stipulations in the Act.
