ഇ.എം.എസ് ഭവന പദ്ധതിക്കായി സഹകരണ ബാങ്കുകളില്‍ നിന്നും എടുക്കുന്ന വായ്പയുടെ മുതല്‍ തിരിച്ചടയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും പലിശ ഒടുക്കുന്നതിനും പുതിയ സംവിധാനം ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊണ്ട് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഉത്തരവ്‌ പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.
