Government have declared that any computer resource in any of the offices of the Government of Kerala or of the Government Undertakings or Board to be a “protected system”, under sub-section (1) of section 70 of the Information technology Act, 2000 (Central Act 21 of 2000). The Government have now decided to authorise certain persons to access protected system notified under sub-section (1) of 70 of the said Act.
