തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളില്‍ ഈടാക്കുന്ന കെട്ടിട നിര്‍മ്മാണ പെര്‍മിറ്റ് ഫീസ് /അപേക്ഷാഫിസ്/സ്ക്രൂട്ടനി ഫീസ് ക്രമവത്കരണ ഫീസ് എന്നിവയുടെ നിരക്ക് പിഷ്കരിച്ച് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച ഉത്തരവില്‍ 10.04.2023 തീയതിക്ക് മുമ്പ് ലഭിച്ച അപേക്ഷകളില്‍ പഴയനിരക്കാണ് ബാധകമാക്കുകയെന്നതില്‍ വ്യക്തത വരുത്തി ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.
